China Lending Corporation Declares Dividend Payment
BEIJING, May 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- China Lending Corporation (NASDAQ: CLDC; CLDCF) ("China Lending" or the "Company"), a leading non-bank direct lending corporation servicing micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSME), currently underserved by commercial banks in China, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a one-time dividend of $0.047 per ordinary share which represents an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of (i) the Company's consolidated net income for the period beginning January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017, less (ii) the amount of dividends paid, payable or otherwise accrued as preferred dividends with respect to the Company's Series A preferred shares for such period.
The dividend will be paid on June 23, 2017 to holders of record of the Company's ordinary shares on June 5, 2017. The dividend will be payable in ordinary shares. No fractional shares will be issued. All dividends shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number of ordinary shares when fractional shares occur. No cash payments will be made for any fractional shares.
