China Hydroelectric Corporation to Attend Investor Conferences in June

BEIJING, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Hydroelectric Corporation (NYSE: CHC, CHCWS) ("China Hydroelectric" or the "Company"), an owner, developer and operator of small hydroelectric power projects in the People's Republic of China ("China"), today announced that it will host one-on-one meetings with investors at the Standard Chartered Earth's Resources Forum to be held in Hong Kong on June 19-20, 2013. Liya Chen, Chief Financial Officer of China Hydroelectric Corporation, will attend.

The Company will also attend and host one-on-one meetings with investors at the Brean Capital 2013 Global Resources & Infrastructure Conference to be held in London, England on June 25, 2013. Scott Powell, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, will attend.
