ZHENGZHOU, China, Nov. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Limited (NASDAQ: CHOP) ("China Gerui," or the "Company"), a leading high precision, cold-rolled strip steel producer in China, today announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "2011 Annual Meeting") held on November 10, 2011.
At the 2011 Annual Meeting, the shareholders approved the election of Kwok Keung Wong and Harry Edelson to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Company until the Company's 2014 annual meeting of shareholders.
In addition, the Company's shareholders ratified and approved the appointment of UHY Vocation HK CPA Limited as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.
