BEIJING, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Food Services, Corp., (Other OTC: GDHI) http://www.chinafoodservices.com an international food and beverage distributor specializing in the distribution of US and international food & beverage brands to the Chinese market, reported today that net sales for the 2nd quarter of 2010 were $50,906USD, up 150% from the 1st quarter of 2010 and for the comparative 2009, no net sales were generated during that period. The total inventory for this period was $246,834USD as compared to $40,944USD for the period in 2009, an increase of 600%. The total Property, Plant and Equipment for this period were $117,316USD as compared to $83,953USD for the same period 2009. General and administrative expenses for this period were $114,597USD as compared to $28,915USD for the same period 2009, an increase of 395%. The Company's total assets for this period were $601,422USD as compared to $176,352USD for the same period 2009, an increase of 340%.
