China Digital TV to Hold 2018 Annual General Meeting on December 21, 2018
BEIJING, Nov. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- China Digital TV Holding Co., Ltd. (OTC: STVVY) ("China Digital TV" or the "Company"), a leading provider of cloud platforms embedded with gaming and other applications to PRC digital television and telecommunication network operators, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting (the "AGM") at the 4th Floor, Tower B, Jingmeng High-Tech Bldg, No.5 Shangdi East Road, Haidian District, People's Republic of China, on December 21, 2018 at 10:00 am (Beijing time) for the purpose of considering and, if approved, passing the following resolutions:
- To consider and approve the re-election of Mr. Zhenwen Liang as a Class II Director of the Company's Board of Directors for a three-year term commencing from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Holders of record of ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on November 16, 2018 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of the Company's American depositary shares ("ADSs") who wish to exercise their voting rights for the underlying ordinary shares must act through the depositary of the Company's ADS program, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.
