As fully discussed in the definitive proxy statement summarized below, the annual meeting will be devoted to the following proposals:
- Election of (a) two Class I directors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, with such Class I directors to serve until December 31,2016 or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified; (b) two Class II directors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, with such Class II directors to serve until December 31, 2017 or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified; (c) three Class III directors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, with such Class III directors to serve until December 31, 2018 or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified;
