HONG KONG, Sept. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- China Cord Blood Corporation (NYSE: CO) ("CCBC" or the "Company"), China's leading provider of cord blood collection, laboratory testing, hematopoietic stem cell processing, and stem cell storage services, today announced that the Company will hold its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders at its Hong Kong office at 48/F, Bank of China Tower, 1 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong, at 9:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time on December 10, 2015 (8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time on December 10, 2015).
Shareholders of record as of October 30, 2015 will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the annual general meeting. The Company filed its annual report on Form 20-F, including its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on July 31, 2015.
