HONG KONG, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Cord Blood Corporation ("CCBC" or "the Company") (NYSE: CO), the first and largest cord blood bank operator in China, today announced that the Company has filed an amendment to its Annual Report on Form 20-F/A, which included audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
