China Clean Energy Announces Changes to its Board of Directors
FUQING CITY, China, March 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY) ("China Clean Energy" or the "Company"), a producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally-friendly specialty-chemical products made from renewable resources in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that Mr. A. Carl Mudd and Dr. Constantine Konstans resigned from the Company's board of directors on March 9, 2011 and February 28, 2011, respectively.

Mr. Mudd’s and Mr. Konstans resignations were not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
