Child Development Center to Celebrate Literacy, School Choice with Schoolwide Story Time
CONWAY, S.C., Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Nearly 200 children, as well as families and friends, will gather at The Learning Station Child Development Center on Wednesday, Jan. 23 for a special family breakfast and story time in celebration of National School Choice Week.
The school will kick off the celebration with a morning breakfast for families. The school-wide story time, which community leaders and friends are invited to participate in, will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the Center.
This event is planned to coincide with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2019, which will feature more than 40,000 school choice events across all 50 states.
"We will be celebrating literacy and parents' ability to choose our private school," said Modesty Brantley, training coordinator at the Learning Station Child Development Center. "We are thrilled to support parents as they seek the best educational fit for their children."
The Learning Station Child Development Center is an independently owned and operated center offering infant care, toddler and preschool early learning environments, after-school care, and summer camps.
