Chief Executive of Royal Dutch Shell plc - Peter Voser to Retire in 2014

The Board of Royal Dutch Shell plc ("Shell") (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) today announced that Peter Voser, as Chief Executive Officer, has elected to retire from the Company in the first half of 2014.
Peter Voser was appointed CEO with effect from July 2009 and has been an Executive Director since 2004.
Shell's Chairman Jorma Ollila said, "Peter's leadership of Shell over the last 4 years has been impressive, reorganizing the company, delivering growth, and developing a clear forward strategy with a strong portfolio of new options.
