Chicago Ideas Hosts Hillary Rodham Clinton in Conversation with Mayor Rahm Emanuel on June 11
Chicago Ideas kicks off year-round events with Clinton, Actor William H. Macy and Wharton Professor Adam Grant
CHICAGO, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will take the Chicago Ideas stage to discuss her upcoming memoir, Hard Choices, on June 11 at 9 a.m. CDT at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance. The event will also feature an interview with Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
Marking one of the first stops on her tour, Clinton will open the event with remarks about the crises, choices and challenges she faced as America's 67th Secretary of State and how those choices drive her view of the future. Emanuel will then interview Clinton during a Q&A session that will include questions from the audience.
The Chicago Ideas event is a part of a move to year-round programming for the organization. Other upcoming events include conversations with actor William H. Macy on May 31 at 11 a.m. CDT at the Goodman Theater and Wharton Professor Adam Grant on June 11 at 6:30 p.m. CDT at Morningstar.
