Chicago Blackhawks to Host Charity Blackjack Game at Horseshoe Casino For Opening of New Chicago Blackhawks Blackjack Pit on Thursday, January 16

HAMMOND, Ind., Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Horseshoe Casino, the premier entertainment and gambling destination in the Midwest, will host a charity blackjack game at 7pm CT on Thursday, January 16^th, to unveil the opening of their Chicago Blackhawks Blackjack pit. The promotional game, in which all proceeds will be donated to the Chicago Blackhawks Charity, will highlight Horseshoe Casino's new and expanded sponsorship with the team.

Former Chicago Blackhawks' and Hall of Famers Bobby Hull and Denis Savard, Blackhawks public address announcer Gene Honda and Blackhawks' national anthem singer Jim Cornielson will serve as guest dealers in the pit. Each time a player beats one of the dealers, Horseshoe will donate $25 to the charity.

The new sponsorship agreement between Horseshoe Casino and the Chicago Blackhawks is for the remainder of this season. As a result of the new agreement, Push Bar will become an official Chicago Blackhawks bar and will host viewing parties with alumni throughout the season. Horseshoe will also host two official RoadWatch parties inside The Venue, their 90,000 square foot entertainment center. And for each remaining regular season home game this season and all of next season, the first 20,000 fans that arrive at the United Center will receive a Horseshoe Casino branded promotional card for a chance to win anywhere from $10-$100 in free play.

Horseshoe is also running a 'Best Seats in the House' sweepstakes for an opportunity to win seats between the player benches for the Blackhawks game on Friday, March 14^th. To enter, Total Rewards® card members must swipe their card at promotional kiosks inside Horseshoe. Additional Blackhawks tickets and free slot play will also be rewarded at the drawing, which will be held at Horseshoe on Sunday, March 2^nd.
