ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., Dec. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Porte Brown LLC, a rapidly expanding Chicago area accounting and consulting firm, is pleased to announce its recent merger with Borhart Spellmeyer & Company, LLC of Elgin.  

The merger, effective December 1, extends Porte Brown's presence in the Northwest suburban market and builds upon the depth of accounting and advisory services available to clients. The professionals from Borhart Spellmeyer, now operating under the Porte Brown name, will continue to service clients in their current office located near the I-90 / Randall Road corridor.
