Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

DOVER, Del., Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2875 per share on the Company's common stock. The $0.2875 per share dividend will be paid on January 5, 2016 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2015.

2016 represents the 55th consecutive year that Chesapeake has paid a dividend to its shareholders. In each of the 55 years, Chesapeake has either maintained or increased its annualized dividend.
