SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Olives from Spain proudly partnered with Chef Mat Schuster for a private demonstration to students at San Francisco's world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts located in the city's picturesque Potrero Hill neighborhood. The event took place at the school's campus where 23 students and three faculty members participated in the activities. Exclusive recipes developed by Schuster for Olives from Spain were highlighted in order to showcase the sophisticated versatility of the Mediterranean wonders.

During the special event, students were given multiple opportunities to experience the power of Olives from Spain. Following speeches by both Chef Schuster and New Contemporary Cuisine professor, Chef Julie Tan, students were given a proper opportunity to observe and question. Chef Schuster went through step-by-step process for his all-new Olives from Spain Recipes including Spanish Olive Croquettas, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Salt Cod, Kale and Spanish Olives, Spanish Gordal Olives & Escolar/ Shrimp and Spanish Olive Empanadas with a Black Olive Crust.
Each recipe showcased, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students were given an in-depth look into the wonderful world of Olives from Spain. Chef Schuster showcased the incredible versatility of Spanish Olives and how they can make any dish more robust and memorable.
