Chef Dean James Max and Chefs Host "Five Chefs/Five-Courses Dinner"

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning chef, owner and operator of DJM Restaurants, Dean James Max, along with several other chefs will host a Five Chefs/Five Courses Chefs Dinner on Thursday, Jan. 23 at Latitude 41, located at Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel. Participating chefs include Latitude 41 Executive Chef, Michael Koenig; Renaissance Columbus Executive Chef, Sven Lindemann; Cleveland's AMP 150 Executive Chef, Jeffrey Jarrett; and AMP 150 Sous Chef, Daniel Hawrylak. The event will also be hosted at AMP 150 at Cleveland Airport Marriott on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

"I am truly excited about hosting a chefs' dinner with the chefs from DJM restaurants, Latitude 41 and AMP 150; and the Renaissance Columbus," said Dean James Max. "We collaborated to create a menu that wholly reflects the talents of all of the participating chefs."

Each chef will prepare a course and complementing wines will be poured. A signature cocktail by Watershed Distillery will also be served. The course list is as follows:

The cost for the Five Chefs/Five Courses dinner is $55, plus tax and gratuity, per person and includes the signature cocktail and complementing wines with each course. Space is limited.
