Chef Akira Back To Open Yellowtail Sunset In Los Angeles

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- After immense success in Las Vegas, Executive Chef Akira Back is proud to announce the opening of Yellowtail Sunset on the famed Sunset strip in West Hollywood, California in Fall 2014. Back and The Light Group are joining forces with LORE Group (Rock & Reilly's/Pearl's) to take over 8768 W Sunset Blvd – the former home of Mirabelle restaurant – to bring the finest modern Japanese cuisine to West Hollywood.

Chef Akira Back also led the kitchen as Executive Chef of Nobu Matsuhisa's namesake restaurant in Aspen in 2003.
