Caruso specializes in the development of training strategy, curriculum, and competency, and previously served as Director of Training for PLS Financial Services Inc. in Chicago. In her previous position, Caruso was responsible for developing the training strategy and program for all levels of the company's employees.
During her time at PLS, Caruso successfully implemented a comprehensive Learning Management System for hosting and tracking all training. She also developed an entry-level employee program, a Store Manager program, and a leadership training strategy for mid-management employees.
Caruso earned the title of Director of the Year for the home office in 2011, and led the content development for the annual leadership conference. Her compliance course offerings upgraded vendors for an annual savings of 40k.
