Chase Card Services and Continental Airlines Launch the 'Continental VIP Lounge from Chase' on November 26th
An Exclusive Holiday Shopping Retreat for Cardmembers at The Mall at Short Hills
WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 24, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning November 26th, the traditional start of the holiday shopping season, Chase Card Services, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), and Continental Airlines (NYSE: UAL) will open the "Continental VIP Lounge from Chase, an exclusive retreat for Continental Chase Cardmembers." This unique hospitality lounge can only be found at New Jersey's premier shopping destination, The Mall at Short Hills. The VIP Lounge will operate daily during mall hours through December 24th and will be open to current Continental Chase Cardmembers and United Mileage Plus Cardmembers.

The Continental Airlines Credit Cards, which include Presidential Plus and OnePass Plus, offer cardmembers access to a suite of unique travel benefits, premium customer service and more ways to earn and redeem Continental OnePass miles. The VIP Lounge, with its array of hospitality features, extends the "exclusive" proposition to assist cardmembers through the frenetic holiday shopping experience:
- Free Bag Check: Consistent with one of the core benefits of the Presidential Plus and OnePass Plus credit cards, which allow cardmembers to check bags for free on Continental flights, the VIP Lounge lets cardmembers check shopping bags at no charge. Guests can drop off their bags to lighten their loads then continue shopping.
- Complimentary Gift Wrapping Services: Cardmembers can have their gifts wrapped in the VIP Lounge by professional gift wrappers.
- Hospitality and Amenities: For cardmembers who prefer to kick their feet up and let others do the shopping, the VIP Lounge offers comfortable massage chairs, free WiFi and HDTVs that will broadcast sports games and other popular programming. Guests can also enjoy a caffeine pick-me-up, relaxing hot herbal tea or holiday-themed refreshments and access a mobile phone charger at the VIP Lounge's convenient charging station.
- Exclusive Events: As a treat to cardmembers, the VIP Lounge will host several special events, including a meet-and-greet with a celebrity chef on November 26th, Kick-Off Day.
