BEIJING, Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Charm Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRM) ("Charm" or the "Company"), a leading advertising agency in China, today announced it will report its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 after the U.S. markets close on Monday, November 19, 2012. Charm's management team will hold an earnings conference call at 8 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (9 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time) on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
