Charles McCurdy Joins InGo's Board

ARLINGTON, Va., May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- InGo CEO, Michael Barnett, announced that Charles McCurdy has joined InGo's Board of Directors, effective immediately.

McCurdy is an Events Industry veteran with a long track record of success in the media industry. He grew and, in 2010 sold, Canon Communications to UBM. He next linked up with Providence Equity Partners to purchase GLM and grew it into a leading, innovative b2b events group, which sold Emerald Expositions, formerly Nielsen Events, in 2014.

McCurdy joins InGo's Board of Directors just as the company has succeeded in growing events for the top organizers in the industry. He previously served on the board of Globalspec and was President of Primedia from 1989 to 2003. He received his MBA from Columbia with honors and his BA from Yale, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
