Charity Navigator Publishes Updated List Of Highly Rated Organizations Aiding In Hurricane Relief
CHARITY NAVIGATOR LINKS ARE UPDATED DAILY, MORE THAN 40 CHARITIES NOW INCLUDED
BERGEN COUNTY, N.J., Sept. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Charity Navigator, the largest and most utilized independent evaluator of charities, announced today that it has added more than 40 highly rated nonprofits to its featured list of organizations offering direct relief to communities devastated by last week's flooding.

During times of crisis, the Charity Navigator website publishes "Hot Topics." This special feature is designed to assist donors wishing to contribute directly to emergency relief efforts and wanting the security of knowing that they are giving to financially well-run, highly accountable and transparent organizations. All of the nonprofits featured on Charity Navigator's Hurricane Harvey Hot Topic list have received three or four stars (four is the highest rating given by Charity Navigator) and have set up dedicated funds for victims of this crisis.
Charity Navigator does not charge the organizations it evaluates, ensuring unbiased evaluations, nor does it charge the public for its trusted data.
