Largest and Most Recognized Independent Evaluator of Charities Gives Communities In Schools Its Highest Rating

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Charity Navigator, America's premier charity evaluator, has awarded Communities In Schools the coveted 4-star rating for sound fiscal management.
