Charity Dynamics Bolsters Leadership Team and Consulting Practice With Addition of Nonprofit Online Fundraising Veteran
AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Charity Dynamics continues to add expertise and leadership to the company's growing consulting team, announcing today that nonprofit online fundraising veteran Matthew Mielcarek has joined the company as vice president of consulting.
Mielcarek joins Charity Dynamics from Convio, a Blackbaud company, where he worked for 11 years and most recently served as director of the company's strategy practice. In this role, Mielcarek led a team responsible for driving adoption and entrenchment of Convio solutions through strategy projects, campaign management and custom training services. Prior to this position, Mielcarek was a senior Internet consultant with Convio, a role he held for nearly nine years during the company's rapid growth as a leading provider of constituent engagement solutions for nonprofits. As a senior consultant, Mielcarek was responsible for leading Internet strategy projects and managed the development and execution of integrated fundraising, membership, advocacy and house file building campaigns for nonprofit organizations.
"Matthew is one of those professionals who many in the nonprofit sector consider a 'consultant's consultant,' someone who leads the way and delivers ideas and strategies that exceed client expectations," said Donna Wilkins, founder and president of Charity Dynamics. "We're pleased to have him join and lead Charity Dynamics' growing consulting practice as we empower nonprofits to reach more supporters, drive engagement and raise more money using innovative online marketing and fundraising solutions."
In his role with Charity Dynamics, Mielcarek will manage the company's consulting engagements and oversee a team responsible for delivering strategy, training and integrated solutions that drive clients' online marketing and fundraising campaigns.
"Charity Dynamics has a nimble team that is able to work closely and flexibly with nonprofits to deliver strategies across multiple online platforms and solutions, including social media and mobile," said Mielcarek. "I'm proud to be part of an entrepreneurial company as we play a pivotal role in working with clients through strategy, conceptualization and implementation of their critical online initiatives."
