This innovative, dual purpose cooker is ideal for backyard chefs that want all the flavor benefits of a traditional smoker without the time constraints or hassles of charcoal clean-up associated with slow-smoking. Unlike regular smokers that have only one temperature setting, Char-Broil's 2-in-1-Electric Smoker & Roaster has 15 preset temperature settings – ranging from 125 degrees to 525 degrees - giving cooks the ability to cook low and slow, roast at high temperatures, and cook a wide variety of foods in between. The 2-in-1's TRU-INFRARED™ cooking system generates natural infrared heat which cooks food without drying, no matter what the temperature. Traditional grilling systems heat the air to cook the food; Char-Broil's TRU-INFRARED™ cooking system use more than 65% infrared heat to cook the food directly, protecting its natural moisture barrier so juices are locked in.

Char-Broil's 2-in-1-Electric Smoker & Roaster is a versatile smoker that cooks up to a 16 lb turkey.
