Champion Naturals Announces Winners of Champion Your Ambition Contest

SUNRISE, Fla., April 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Champion Naturals, a new innovative line of sports nutrition supplements, today announced the winners of its 2013 Champion Your Ambition contest. The contest was launched earlier this year in an effort to inspire consumers to fulfill a fitness adventure of a lifetime.

The Winners are:

• First Place, Steven Capell, Shawnee, KS
• Second Place, Michael Rollo, Glen Ridge, NJ
• Third Place, Mike Groesbeck, Port St. Lucie, FL

Champion will sponsor Capell to fulfill his fitness ambition of completing the Dash for Diabetes, a 5k Run/Walk that benefits the American Diabetes Association. The second place winner receives $300 toward a gym membership. The first, second and the third place winners each receive a year's supply of Champion product.

A variety of ambitions such as, completing a marathon or an Iron Man, learning to Cross Country Ski, or Mountain Bike the Grand Canyon, were offered to entrants. Each contestant chose from the ambitions provided, or created their own goal. Capell's participation in a 5k for diabetes fulfills both a fitness ambition and determination to end an epidemic that affects many Americans.

Capell is registered to participate in the 5k on Saturday April 13 in Kansas City, MO. Hundreds of other participants will join Capell at the Dash for Diabetes, to raise awareness and support the efforts against diabetes.
