Chamberlain Group Appoints Brad Opel as Executive Vice President, Consumer Retail

ELMHURST, Ill., Dec. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), announces the appointment of Brad Opel to Executive Vice President, Consumer Retail – Americas. In his new role, Mr. Opel is responsible for building the Chamberlain^® and Heath^®Zenith brands across the Americas.

Mr. Opel joined CGI in 2010 and most recently served as Vice President, New Business Development. As Executive Vice President he will lead the company's do-it-yourself products including, high-performance garage door openers, smartphone-enabled garage and lighting products, and motion-activated home devices, all designed for safety, reliability and peace of mind.
