Chairish Offers Collection of Furniture and Decor Directly from HGTV Host and Home-Style Guru Emily Henderson

If it hasn't been used in a year, it may be time reconsider. I decided to work with Chairish to sell these pieces to an audience in the market for beautiful, vintage finds. My collection consists of pieces I love, however due to limited space and different stylistic plans in my new home, I'm not able to display them and don't want them to stay in storage."

• Tip #1: Only pack furniture that is beautiful, functional and sentimental, and if moving into a smaller space, each piece should be all three of those things.
• Tip #2: Make sure you can picture each packed item in your house, stylistically.
• Tip #3: Determine if each item has a place in your new home before you move, not after. It's not worth packing and moving the item if it's not going to be kept.  
• Tip #4: If there is a piece you're unable to part with, consider relocating the room it currently lives in for a new feel. 
• Tip #5: Seek consignment resale platforms, like Chairish.com, to sell your valuable furniture and home design pieces you can't take with you.
