Chadbourne & Parke Expands Dubai Office With Addition of Veteran Project Finance Attorney

NEW YORK, May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP today announced that Clint Steyn has joined the firm as an international partner in the Dubai office.

Mr. Steyn comes to Chadbourne after serving as General Counsel, Middle East & Africa, for the independent power generation company International Power plc.

He has significant experience in project finance and energy law, including advising on all aspects of International Power's project development bids, acquisitions and disposals. Mr. Steyn's recent transactional work includes advising on several major power projects in the MENA region, including the Shuweihat S3 Project in Abu Dhabi, the Barka 3/Sohar 2 Projects in Oman and the Safi Project in Morocco.
