Chadbourne & Parke Elects Lloyd MacNeil to Partnership

NEW YORK, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced today that Lloyd MacNeil has been elected to the partnership.

Mr. MacNeil, 43, specializes in renewable energy and project finance in the firm's Los Angeles office.

A frequent speaker on renewable energy, Mr. MacNeil previously served as counsel for Chadbourne. His clients include developers, sponsors, lenders and investors involved in an array of renewable and non-renewable energy project developments, financings and acquisitions.
