Chadbourne & Parke Continues London Office Expansion With Addition of Products Liability Partner

NEW YORK, July 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP today announced that Michael Bos has joined the firm as international partner in the London office.

Mr. Bos will focus his practice on products liability counseling and defense, working with Chadbourne's renowned litigation group to manage litigation for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before joining Chadbourne, Mr. Bos was a barrister in New Zealand, where he represented corporations in a broad range of commercial disputes.

The hiring of Mr. Bos maintains the momentum of Chadbourne's recent London office growth, as he is the sixth lateral to join the office in the past two months.

Prior to becoming a barrister, Mr. Bos spent nine years as a partner at DLA Phillips Fox, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation and insolvency. He represented British American Tobacco in the successful defense of the first-ever products liability claims for personal injury in New Zealand. In addition to his products liability work, Mr. Bos has done significant work in the areas of insolvency and restructuring and securities enforcement.
