MILWAUKEE, March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton continues to grow - adding Associates, Producers, and offices worldwide. Most recently, Lockton's Milwaukee employee benefits operation expanded with the addition of Chad Winters as a Producer. His experience in employment law and benefits consulting continues Lockton's successful expansion in the Wisconsin market. Lockton is the largest privately held independent insurance broker in the world.
At Lockton, Winters is responsible for delivering all aspects of service to Lockton's clients, producing new business, and developing and maintaining client and prospect relationships in the U.S. and worldwide. "With Chad's legal background, he brings clarity on health reform and its impact on employers," said Bill Crowley, Senior Vice President, and co-founder of Lockton's Milwaukee operation. In his previous role as an employment attorney, Winters intervened when clients ran into trouble. "At Lockton, he helps clients understand the issues facing them before a problem arises," said Crowley.
As a Producer, Winters partners with clients on the strategic direction of their employee benefit and insurance programs. Working closely with Lockton's client teams, he will help Lockton's growing presence in Wisconsin. "Chad has years of experience adding value for his clients in Wisconsin," said John O'Connor, Senior Vice President, and co-founder of Lockton's Milwaukee operation, adding, "Clients will appreciate his knowledge of benefit plan design and compliance. Chad brings tremendous energy and commitment to everything he does."

Winters received his bachelor's degree in political science and history from the University of Minnesota. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Chad is active in his local, as well as professional community.
