In this position, Hooker will contribute to the firm's growing supply chain practice by helping build solutions for enhancing order capture and fulfillment capabilities, optimize business processes across their supply chains, and improve the customer's buying experience across all channels.
Hooker joins Oxford with more than 13 years of implementation and sales experience specializing in order management, inventory management, warehouse management, and e-commerce technology solutions. Hooker's implementation experience ranges from various agencies in the federal government to the world's leading retailers, where he helped them to develop and deploy solutions, reduce complexity and achieve rapid ROI across their extended enterprises.
Most recently, Hooker was a sales engineer for IBM supporting the West Coast. Using this experience and expertise, he will help Oxford Consulting enhance its go-to-market strategy and ensure its clients benefit from the firm's close partnership with IBM and its multi-channel selling and fulfillment solutions, as well as Smarter Commerce solutions.
