Certified Honda Mechanic Delivers U-Haul to Pamplin Community

PAMPLIN, Va., Jan. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TCM Small Engine Equipment, a certified Honda® engine mechanic, recently became Pamplin's only U-Haul® neighborhood dealer.

Ernest Nisser has owned the land at the corner of Highways 47 and 460 for six years. Prior to the February 2014 opening of TCM Small Engine Equipment, he had leased the property to a young man who ran a flea market.

Nisser later tried to sell the land before realizing its worth and the potential for a business there. Now it's the place everyone in town comes for his or her moving needs.

Nisser worked in construction for 40 years before starting TCM Small Engine Repair. As a general contractor, he worked for state governments and local towns. He considers himself semi-retired at this stage, but laughingly notes "being retired sure is hard work."

Throughout his life, Nisser has strived to make a positive difference in the lives of others. He donates regularly to the National Cancer Society and is an Operative Mason. He is associated with Shriners International® and Shriners Hospitals for Children®.
