CertBlaster Brings Training Solution to the New A+ Certification
PARK CITY, Utah, Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Many good jobs are currently available in the IT industry. However, a skills gap keeps them unfilled. A study1 performed by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) in February 2017 showed that the skills gap in IT is a concern to 82% of respondents, the main cause being a lower level of staff productivity according to 57% of respondents.
CertBlaster's new CompTIA A+ Exam Simulator is the first product to offer practice tests for the new A+ Exams 220-1001 and 220-1002. This is the new version of the A+ exam. These practice exams are accessed through the CertBlaster A+ Exam Simulator, a Rich Internet Application that simulates the exam environment as experienced at the testing center. The CertBlaster A+ Exam Simulator replicates the exam experience by offering the same number, the same type, and the same degree of difficulty of questions as the actual exam alongside a timer set to the exam's duration.
Being certified in IT Support is a strong indicator that the candidate has the necessary skills. In addition, A+ certification is the leading certification in the computer and device support field by a significant margin. In 2017, the A+ credential certified its one millionth IT professional. As reported by CompTIA1, 57% of the 600 IT managers interviewed encouraged "E-Learning/Online Self-directed training" as the preferred training method to address the skill gap.
The CertBlaster for A+ helps candidates prepare for the A+ exam by providing online self-directed training. CertBlaster for A+ comprises about 1,000 A+ practice test questions, answers, and explanations. These questions include performance based interactive challenges. Candidates are offered three user modes: Assessment, Study and Certification, and CertBlaster. With the CertBlaster mode, each user receives a Personal Testing Plan.
CertBlaster helps students prepare for potential surprises and teaches them how to swiftly achieve maximum results by sharpening their time management skills in order to succeed on exam day.
