DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- eFatoora Dubai was listed number one in the Gitex shortlist for startups to watch out for - a huge achievement for a new startup in the UAE region. eFatoora is leading the way to paperless smart contracts and creating paperless solutions for the retail and government sectors.
eFatoora was born as a solution to all the paper in all those handbags. eFatoora recognised returning something to a store could become an issue when the receipt or warranty has completely disappeared to a piece of blank paper. With thermal printing and BPA being easily absorbed into the skin, eFatoora saw an opening to provide a smart solution that suited everyone yet is still useful to consumers. The eFatoora application gives the consumer a monthly expense chart, currency exchange if a tourist is in Dubai and a pie chart of favourite stores and products. eFatoora is currently building the eFatoora wallet which will give us a full end-to-end solution for customers based on a totally paperless transaction.
eFatoora has grown very quickly and for any organisation or company, it's important to have a leader with patience to handle the different drastic and challenging situations that arise on the road to success.
The many challenges that organisations face, the more critical it becomes that teamwork is effective. At eFatoora , we proactively eliminate issues and continue to focus on our target market and project. The key elements to a successful team are trust, communication and effective leadership as well as a focus on common goals with a collective responsibility for success (or failure). Team building is both an art and a science.
"I am a survivor and not a victim. Life isn't perfect. When you get a knock, you have to get up, dust yourself down and get on with it." - Patsy Kensit
After a challenging few weeks in a fast-moving and innovative tech market, Yasmine Khan, CEO of eFatoora Dubai, says, "These words were inked from the inspiring Patsy Kensit. Everything we do in everyday life and on the journey to a successful career, there will always be bumps but it's about coordinating those so that they don't cause negativity and we maintain a unified, allianced team. I know it takes time to build great teams and today, with business competition, customer expectations, new technology and many other developments, it is more critical than ever to build teamwork in our organisation. Dubai is a place where innovation, culture and leadership is strong and to stand out you have to have strong belief and passion about your product. We are building a very multicultural team with current employed staff from India, Ireland, Britain, Nepal, Pakistan and Jordan so far. I am grateful and thankful to have a great eFatoora team with all these qualities and very proud of what we have achieved to date."
eFatoora compliments the paperless vision of 2021 announced by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum - a smart Dubai initiative to make Dubai paperless. eFatoora is also launching their women in tech initiative so watch their social media for updates. eFatoora is the new innovative way to save paper and energy contributing to a healthier environment.
