HOUSTON, Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- alliantgroup is proud to announce the addition of Bernie Nagle, Executive Director of the Precision Machined Products Association, to the firm's Strategic Advisory Board. Nagle brings to the firm over four decades worth of experience from the manufacturing sector, having held a diverse number of senior leadership roles within the industry. As the board's latest appointee, Nagle will play an integral role in advising alliantgroup's strategic outreach initiatives to this vital sector of the economy.
"I am so excited to be lending support to a world-class organization that has a strong core mission and sense of purpose," said Nagle. "By helping companies understand and claim the tax incentives that were designed for their benefit, alliantgroup's services can provide immense value to the manufacturing sector. These incentives were created to help companies grow, hire new employees and remain competitive. I look forward to partnering with alliantgroup to educate PMPA members and the manufacturing sector at large on these incentive opportunities."
Nagle has served as the Executive Director of PMPA since 2015. He has also held numerous senior leadership roles for businesses as well as non-profit entities. Among his private sector positions, Nagle served as Director of Global Process Improvement for Berg Electronics, a worldwide manufacturer of complex electronic connector systems. In that role, his diverse list of responsibilities included strategic planning, employee engagement and lean implementation for 13 plants in nine different countries. Nagle was also a Director of Strategy and Continuous Improvement in the plastic injection molding industry. Between 1980 and 1995, Nagle held positions as VP of Manufacturing and VP of Operations in the food processing industry, where he was responsible for 15 different food processing plants all over North America. Additionally, he was a Principal Consultant for Price Waterhouse Consulting from 1995 through 1997, where he developed and delivered consulting and training tools for Supply Chain Optimization. These experiences have given him a unique perspective and deep understanding of the challenges facing the manufacturing industry.
In addition to his private sector roles, Nagle is a member of the Executive Board of Conscious Capitalism of Northeast Ohio, a regional chapter of the non-profit organization dedicated to promoting conscious leadership, stakeholder orientation, higher purpose, conscious culture and other values essential to a healthy economy. He is also the founder and curator of Altrupreneur.com and the author of the 1997 book, "Leveraging People & Profit – the Hard Work of Soft Management."
"I am so honored to be able to welcome Bernie to our Strategic Advisory Board," said Dhaval Jadav, alliantgroup CEO.
