CEO Connection® Seeking Nominations for 2018 Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market List
SYOSSET, N.Y., Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CEO Connection® is accepting nominations for the 2018 Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market List. This list recognizes top female executives who are influencing change, innovation, and standards for excellence. They are influencers, innovators, and pioneers driven to succeed and challenging others to do the same. The deadline to submit a nomination is Wednesday, February 28, 2018. More information, including the nomination form, is available at www.midmarketconvention.com/influential-women/.
This list is designed to bring awareness to an underrepresented group within the mid-market and highlight the top 25 Most Influential Women today. Updated annually, the Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market list ranks honorees based on four metrics: annual revenue, number of employees, community involvement, and first impression on social media.
Nominations are accepted from the community at large. Self-nominations are also welcome. Qualified nominees are presented to a selection committee composed of business leaders, academia, and the media, who will review nominees based on their influence within their industry and beyond.
Comprised of nearly 20,000 publicly and privately held companies with annual revenues between $100 million and $3 billion, the mid-market represents an integral segment of the U.S. economy, employing more than 30 million people and generating approximately $10 trillion of the $30 trillion of annual gross receipts.
Members of the 2018 Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market will be announced this spring and recognized at the annual CEO Connection® Mid-Market Convention held in conjunction with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania Sept. 23-25. For more information and to register for the convention, visit www.midmarketconvention.com/registration.
ABOUT CEO CONNECTION:
CEO Connection is the only membership organization in the world focused on mid-market CEOs and their companies. These companies are too small to compete head-on with the Fortune 500 and too large to be as nimble as start-ups. They compete where innovation meets scale and need an ecosystem of collaborators to give them leverage. Members of CEOC become part of an engaged peer group that provides elite support, combines its purchasing power, and collectively expresses the mid-market perspective. We connect mid-market CEOs with the people, information, resources, and opportunities they need to scale.
Our members are C-level executives with responsibility for all or significant portions of their respective companies. They represent a wide variety of businesses across a broad geographic spectrum.
Inspired by C-level Wharton executives, CEO Connection began in 2005 and has evolved into a dynamic community with wide-ranging benefits uniquely designed to help mid-market CEOs and champion the mid-market perspective.
