WASHINGTON, Nov. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) recently won a coveted spot on the General Services Administration's 10-year, $50 billion Alliant 2 program that government agencies can use to purchase information technology services and IT services-based solutions.
Alliant 2 is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) program that federal agencies can use to buy IT services. Known as a government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC), Alliant 2 offers agencies customizable hardware, software and IT solutions that can be purchased as a package.

"CenturyLink is committed to helping agencies with their digital transformation via multiple contract vehicles."
CenturyLink is also an authorized provider of telecom and IT infrastructure services under GSA's 10-year, $50 billion Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) program.
Along with the EIS program, Alliant 2 is part of GSA's Network Services 2020 strategy, which aims to give federal agencies the flexibility and agility to migrate to modern communications and IT services that meet government security standards.
