Centre Law & Consulting Awarded GSA Contract for Employee Training

TYSONS, Va., Dec. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Centre Law & Consulting (Centre), a leading provider of acquisition services and training for both government agencies and federal contractors, is pleased to announce the award of a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM).

Under the contract, Centre will provide GSA with high quality education and training services for its acquisition workforce for a base period of one year with two option years.  The training program will focus on developing federal contracting and supply training courseware related to Multiple Award Schedules, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts, and GSA Global Supply matters.  The firm's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will oversee all courseware development as part of the customization process needed to best meet the goals of GSA's mission.

Centre will also form an Industry Advisory Group comprised of Centre staff, GSA representatives, and GSA Schedule holders that will hold quarterly meetings to discuss ongoing and trending issues in the industry.  The results of these Council meetings will be incorporated into courseware updates to ensure the content is current on industry developments, stays on top of new trends, and is continually up-to-date and reflective of industry conditions.

This direct experience allows the Centre team to provide an immediate impact on meeting the agency's training needs.
