Central Federal Corporation Announces The Relocation Of CFBank's Headquarters

WORTHINGTON, Ohio, Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: CFBK) (the "Company") announced that its wholly owned banking subsidiary, CFBank has relocated its headquarters to its Columbus market office building located in Worthington, Ohio.  Effective July 1, 2016, CFBank relocated its home office to 7000 N. High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, which is the same Central Ohio area location as the Company's headquarters. CFBank's home office was previously located in Fairlawn, Ohio, a nearby suburb of Akron, Ohio.

The move is expected to bring operating synergies to the Company's plans to continue to grow and expand its geographic footprint. Timothy O'Dell, President and CEO noted, "We are continuing to execute on our growth and expansion strategies which include organic growth and geographic expansion, as well as the consideration of potential strategic acquisitions. This move will bring together Central Federal Corporation and CFBank headquarters into the same Central Ohio (Columbus) location which will bring increased operating efficiencies.

There are approximately 28 employees currently located at the Worthington (Central Ohio) location which provides full service Commercial Banking and Personal Banking services along with Residential Mortgage Lending.
