CenterPoint Properties to Build Crothall's First Build-to-Suit Laundry Facility

OAK BROOK, Ill., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- CenterPoint Properties announced today that Crothall Laundry Services, Inc. has signed a build-to-suit lease for an 82,950 square feet building on a 5.64-acre site located in the Creekside Corporate Park, Oak Creek, WI.  The building will be developed by CenterPoint Properties.
