Arnold has a passion for mentoring future generations of leaders and building organizations where people are valued, and have the tools needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving business world. A lifelong leader, Arnold was past President and CEO of Arlington Park International Racecourse, and previously had a highly successful military career in the United States Marine Corps, including command of Marine aviation in Iraq. In his capacity as Chief Talent Officer, Arnold will ensure that Centerplate has the talent needed to meet today's challenges while investing in development to sustain and accelerate Centerplate's exceptional record of growth.
In addition, as Chief Talent Officer, Arnold will lead Centerplate's efforts to broaden its relationship with employees beyond traditional hospitality services as the company expands its concept of strategic hospitality. By helping lead Centerplate's fan-focused approach, Arnold will play a key role in propelling client businesses and brands.
