Event Hospitality And Ragin' Cajun Flavors for 44,000 Fans
NEW ORLEANS, Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, will play hospitality host to the 11th annual R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. True to New Orleans' legendary reputation for hospitality, Centerplate is planning on serving over 44,000 San Diego State Aztecs and Louisiana-Lafayette's Ragin' Cajuns fans.
To make the New Orleans Bowl a real New Orleans experience, Centerplate is greeting fans of San Diego State and La Lafayette with an exciting new menu, innovative fan promotions, and enhanced customer service programs. Front and center: the special flavors of New Orleans cuisine.
Alligator Sausage- alligator tail meat and pork sausage served on a toasted bun
Jambalaya- Smoked Andouille sausage and chicken in a spicy creole sauce, blended with rice and garnished with blackened chicken strips
Shrimp PoBoy- Louisiana Gulf Shrimp dipped in house batter and deep fried and served on PoBoy bread
4th and Inches- For sharing, a 36" PoBoy sandwich, 1/4 fried oysters, 1/4 fried shrimp, 1/4 fried catfish and 1/4 fried crawfish tails
BBQ Shrimp and Grits- Louisiana Gulf shrimp barbequed New Orleans style, with peppery butter sauce and served over grits
