Centerplate to Present at Saratoga Race Course
Race-goers to be greeted by new menu concepts, promotions, and guest services for the 2011 Season
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y., July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The New York Racing Association and Centerplate, the leading hospitality provider to North America's premier sports and entertainment venues will partner once again to create extraordinary experiences for race-goers at the Saratoga Race Course.
Centerplate welcomes attendees with exciting new menu items, innovative value promotions, and enhanced customer service programs. This year's menu features local foods, premier wines, and signature cocktails, items include The Saratoga Crab Sandwich: Fresh hand-formed crab cake on a cornmeal dusted roll with chipotle remoulade and the Saratoga Sunrise: exclusively available at the race course, the specialty beverage features top shelf vodka, orange juice, cranberry juice, and garnished with a slice of fresh, local Hand melon. Centerplate has also introduced a series of new value menu options.
