New Menu Concepts, Promotions, and Guest Services for the San Diego Chargers 2011 Season

Additionally, Centerplate will be serving as hospitality host to this year's Super Bowl in Indianapolis and next year's Super Bowl in New Orleans.

Menu Highlights
Fans will have several new and signature menu items to enjoy this season including:
Diego Cheesesteak- Our original San Diego take on the traditional Cheese Steak, thin sliced rib eye grilled with julienne peppers, onions and sliced jalapenos piled on a jalapeno butter-brushed fresh hoagie roll topped with melted pepper jack cheese.
Fish Tacos- Breaded fish in corn tortillas topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, white sauce and a lime wedge. Served with tortilla chips and salsa.
Pulled Pork Dog- All beef hot dog topped with sweet, smoky barbeque shredded pork topped with shredded Cheddar cheese
Wings Around the World- Hand shaken and prepared to order with an extensive assortment of sauces, including Traditional Buffalo, Golden Barbecue, Sweet Red Chili, Cajun and Sweet Teriyaki
Hail Bloody Mary- A classic football fan favorite served in a souvenir mason jar and accompanied with a condiment bar that includes Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco hot sauce, celery salt, olives, celery and limes.
Fan Appreciation and Special Promotions
Centerplate has introduced a series of fan appreciation promotions for Chargers fans including the "Bottomless Soda" served in a souvenir 32 oz refillable soda cup and the "2-Point Conversion", a special offer of 2 regular hot dogs at a discount combo price. In October, the company will also join the fight against breast cancer with a limited edition pink souvenir cup for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with proceeds going to help cancer research.
Guest Services Enhancements
The Food Truck craze touches down at Qualcomm Stadium this season with a tailgate food truck rodeo each home game featuring popular, local truck concepts like San Diego Street Eats. There will even be trucks inside the stadium. For example, The Super Q and Foodfarm food trucks will be some of the trucks on the plaza by gate "L".
In addition, to complement its culinary offerings, the company has also initiated a series of enhancements to its service training and experience assurance initiatives.
