Centerplate Names Ron Lee General Manager for Qualcomm Stadium
Hospitality Leader Appoints Sports Hospitality Expert to Key Post
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading hospitality partner to North America's premier sports, convention and entertainment venues, has announced the appointment of Ron Lee as General Manager of its hospitality operations at Qualcomm Stadium, home stadium of the San Diego Chargers.
In his new position, Lee, who has over a decade of sports hospitality experience, is responsible for all operations and personnel related to the preparation and delivery of a superior food and beverage and retail merchandise experience for fans of the Chargers and the stadium's other entertainment events.

Prior to joining Centerplate, Lee served as division manager of premium services at Angel Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Previously, he oversaw hospitality operations for minor league baseball's Inland Empire 66ers. He has also worked in management and operations roles at premier restaurants and conference centers throughout the western United States.
