Hospitality Leader Announces New Menu Concepts, Promotions, and Guest Services for the Louisiana Superdome
NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, including the New Orleans Saints, announced a series of new menu concepts, service improvements and special fan promotions for the 2011 National Football League Season at the Louisiana Superdome, along with its nine other NFL partner venues. Additionally, Centerplate will be serving as hospitality host to this year's Super Bowl in Indianapolis and next year's Super Bowl in New Orleans.

Menu Highlights
Fans will have several new and signature menu items to enjoy this season including:
Prime Rib Cheesesteak- A premium spin on the traditional Philly Cheesesteak featuring thinly slice Prime Rib topped with Swiss cheese, grilled onions and peppers
Pizza Dogs- All beef hot dog topped with thick marinara sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese
Barbeque Pork Nachos – a heaping helping of crisp tortilla chips smothered in cheddar cheese and piled high with smoky southern pulled pork topped with a tangy sweet barbeque sauce
Muffaletta Dog- All beef hot dog topped with olive salad, shredded fresh mozzarella and provolone cheese
Alligator Sausage – alligator tail meat and pork sausage served on a toasted bun
Jambalaya- Smoked Andouille sausage and chicken in a spicy creole sauce, blended with rice and garnished with blackened chicken strips
4th and Inches- Man vs. Food, a 36" PoBoy sandwich, 1/4 fried oysters, 1/4 fried shrimp, 1/4 fried catfish and 1/4 fried crawfish tails
Black and Gold Burger - 1/2 lb burger with black and gold onion pepper mix on a sesame brioche bun

Fan Appreciation and Special Promotions
