Local Flavors, Miami Favorites for Over 72,000 Fans
MIAMI, Jan. 4, 2012 PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, announced today its exclusive menu of local flavors and Miami favorites for the Discover Orange Bowl at Sun Life Stadium. Centerplate is planning on serving 72,000 fans of the Clemson University Tigers and West Virginia Mountaineers.
To make the Discover Orange Bowl a real Miami experience, Centerplate is greeting fans of West Virginia and Clemson with an exciting new menu, innovative fan promotions. Front and center: the special flavors of Miami cuisine.
Pressed Cuban Sandwiches- Our take on the traditional favorite: ham, Swiss cheese, shredded roasted Mojo pork, mustard and pickles
Fish Tacos- Fresh Mahi-Mahi marinated in citrus, grilled and topped with mango-lime cilantro salsa, served with soft flour tortillas, pico de gallo, lime aioli and cilantro-citrus slaw
Ropa Vieja- Shredded Cuban Style Beef cooked with sofrito and red wine accompanied by Cuban black beans and white rice
Fire Grilled Cheeseburger Bar- Custom grind burgers, crisp butter lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, dill pickles and Tillamook cheddar cheese

For this bowl game, any Discover cardholder attending the game will be granted entry into a complimentary all-inclusive VIP entertainment event. Centerplate is also catering to Clemson's private party for the team.
This season, Centerplate will host 11 college bowl games including the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, Holiday Bowl in San Diego, the Military Bowl in Washington D.C. and the Allstate BCS National Championship Game in New Orleans.
